- Engage proactively with customers to enhance satisfaction and maintain relationships
- Consistently meet or surpass assigned activity targets while driving revenue for products
- Stay adaptable to evolving priorities and modifications in product focus areas
- Identify and resolve potential issues that may impact customer satisfaction or retention
