Requirements
Must:

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical support resource for attorneys and staff
- Provide hands-on assistance with hardware, software, and mobile devices
- Facilitate Teams and Zoom video conferences
- Manage equipment inventory effectively
- Record all support activities in the firms ticketing system
Description
We are a prominent regional law firm seeking a Help Desk Technician to join our Hackensack, New Jersey office. This full-time, onsite role operates from Monday to Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. As a key member of our team, you will ensure our attorneys and staff are supported effectively in their daily activities. The role may occasionally require extended hours or travel to other offices for expansion projects. While prior experience in a law firm or professional service setting is advantageous, we also value equivalent practical experience.
