Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in IT support, help desk, or technical assistance
- Strong understanding of Windows operating systems and basic networking concepts
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and commonly used business applications
- Exceptional troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Strong communication abilities and a customer-oriented attitude
- Capability to handle multiple responsibilities and prioritize effectively
- Diploma or certification in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is a plus
Responsibilities
- Deliver first- and second-level technical assistance for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals
- Diagnose hardware, software, network, and application challenges
- Address support inquiries through our ticketing system, email, and face-to-face interactions
- Install, set up, and maintain Windows and macOS platforms
- Provide support for Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
- Onboard new users, manage permissions, and oversee user account maintenance
- Keep clear documentation of issues, solutions, and procedural standards
- Elevate complex problems to senior IT personnel or external vendors as needed
- Assist with system upgrades, backups, and basic security duties
