Help desk technician - IT support

- Create, manage, and update user accounts, permissions, and access within the Microsoft 365 framework - Provide technical support to users of Teams, OneDrive, Outlook, SharePoint, and Office applications - Assist with user adoption of new productivity features and guide on best practices for secure, efficient cloud tool usage - Troubleshoot syncing issues, login problems, and permission-related barriers in M365 services - Offer end-user support for Windows 11 Enterprise devices, addressing software and hardware issues - Manage imaging, configuration, deployment, and updates of laptops and tablets via Intune - Provide support for iPad/iOS devices through JAMF mobile device management - Facilitate onboarding for new employees, ensuring access to systems, devices, and M365 services - Deliver training and support on key company applications and productivity tools - Assist with corporate Copilot enablement initiatives under managerial guidance - Troubleshoot basic printer, network connectivity (both wired and wireless), and peripheral issues - Utilize remote management tools like TeamViewer for offsite user support - Maintain accurate IT asset records using Freshworks (devices, accessories, and license allocations) - Co-manage the Freshservice Help Desk platform, including ticket processing and documentation - Complete other assigned tasks as necessary
