Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Order to Cash (OTC) processes with SAP S/4HANA
- Demonstrated expertise with the SAP SD module, including sales orders, pricing, billing (standard and BRIM), and invoicing
- Participation in at least one complete SAP S/4HANA implementation, including data migration from legacy ERP systems
- Strong grasp of data migration strategies, integration methodologies, and comprehensive testing
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, Logistics, and IT
- Proficiency in developing user training materials, documentation, and change management strategies
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving capabilities
- SAP SD or FI/CO certifications are an added advantage
Responsibilities
- Lead SAP S/4HANA SD module implementations, overseeing system configuration, project planning, testing, and go-live support
- Engage in defining and executing a migration strategy from legacy ERP systems to S/4HANA, concentrating on sales and distribution processes
- Collect and record business requirements regarding OTC processes, ensuring they align with overarching business objectives
- Oversee and facilitate data migration initiatives, addressing data quality concerns and mapping legacy data into SAP S/4 structures
- Enhance order creation workflows, including order entry, pricing adjustments, billing corrections, and project/subscription billing
- Develop and deploy reporting and analytics solutions connected to order performance and customer insights
- Implement thorough testing plans to guarantee data integrity and system functionality throughout the implementation process
- Assist in change management endeavors such as user training, documentation, and promoting user adoption
- Provide expertise in SAP BRIM (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management) and associated billing models
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Logistics, and IT to achieve seamless process integration

We are Thinking Minds Inc., supporting a client in search of a skilled SAP IT Analyst - Order to Cash (OTC) to become part of their digital transformation team. This remote role calls for a seasoned SAP professional with extensive knowledge in Sales and Distribution (SD), SAP S/4HANA, and legacy ERP migration. The selected candidate will focus on successfully designing and implementing SAP S/4HANA solutions for the Order to Cash cycle, working closely with business and IT stakeholders to drive strategic enhancements across order creation, billing processes, pricing, customer insights, and reporting.
