Requirements
Must:
- Over 12 years of progressive leadership experience in SAP Finance
- A minimum of 5 full lifecycle SAP implementations, including at least 2 projects involving S/4HANA
- Extensive knowledge in Manufacturing Finance, focusing on costing, variance analysis, WIP, and inventory accounting
- Direct experience with Digital Payments integrations, including gateways, wallets, and PCI compliance
- Strong proficiency in SAP BW and HANA for reporting and analytics
- Proven ability to lead large, distributed IT and business teams
- Strategic mindset with experience in managing executive-level stakeholder relationships
- Understanding of GXP and compliance frameworks
- Willingness to travel 15-20% and work in a hybrid model (3 days onsite)
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the SAP Finance strategy, roadmap, and architecture to align with enterprise objectives
- Oversee delivery and governance of SAP Finance programs including S/4HANA, ECC, upgrades, and integrations
- Guide comprehensive Manufacturing Finance solution design, encompassing product costing, WIP, inventory, and shop-floor integration
- Deliver capabilities in Commercial Finance, specifically in Credit & Collections, FI-CA, and Customer Master Data management
- Implement Digital Payment solutions focusing on gateways, wallets, tokenization, and PCI compliance
- Lead the strategy for SAP BW/HANA reporting, data modeling, and analytics enhancements
- Collaborate with Finance and IT stakeholders to ensure IT investments align with ROI and operational performance
- Build and mentor high-performing global teams with established succession plans
- Represent IT Finance in executive forums, providing updates and communicating program risks to leadership
