Requirements
Must:
- 5+ years of experience in Android Development
- Proficiency in Kotlin, MVVM, Unit Testing, Multi-threading, and Data Structures
- Familiarity with CoreData and Live Data
- Ability to work with remote data through REST and JSON
- Experience utilizing third-party libraries and APIs
- Development experience with native Android platforms including Android SDK and Android Visual Studio
- Strong problem-solving skills and capacity to work independently in a dynamic environment
Responsibilities
- Design and create software applications for mobile devices, including smartphones and tablets
- Engage with the eCommerce team and IT to develop and program various proof of concepts
- Understand back-end systems and services for effective front-end testing
- Architect and design programs to fulfill project goals and requirements
- Collaborate with the eCommerce Innovation and IT teams to test and refine developed software
- Adapt quickly to changes based on field testing outcomes
- Prepare projects for hand-off and manage deployments as proof of concepts transition to production
