Requirements

- Collaborate with leadership to pinpoint and address areas that can enhance efficiency while benchmarking against industry standards.
- Assume ownership of specific processes, closely examining them and proactively suggesting enhancements.
- Accurately operate specialized equipment and instrumentation with minimal supervision.
- Create tools and models to boost tracking and operational efficiency.
- Familiarize yourself with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., PPI, Six Sigma, etc.) and assist in promoting these initiatives.
- Work in unison with various functions, including program management, engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, and finance to meet business goals.
