Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in quality, science, or engineering fields
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in validation engineering
- Focused expertise in computer software validation (CSV)
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills for effective task management
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities to foster effective working relationships
- Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office suite
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement validation activities for software, equipment, products, and processes related to single-use products
- Design, execute, and comprehend validation protocols such as IQ, OQ, and PQ
- Analyze validation data, prepare validation reports, and ensure documentation meets regulatory standards
- Collaborate with R&D, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing Engineering, and Operations to synchronize validation activities with project timelines and regulatory demands
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure validation activities address identified risks
- Assist in the CAPA process by identifying root causes of validation issues, implementing corrective actions, and validating their effectiveness
- Contribute to continuous improvement by refining validation processes and procedures
- Aid in approval processes for specifications
