Requirements
Must:
- Advanced Degree plus 3 years of experience, or Bachelors Degree plus 5 years in systems analysis, business requirements gathering, and solution design
- Preferred areas of study include Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields
- Professional certifications in applicable technologies or methodologies are advantageous
- Solid understanding of ERP systems (SAP, JD Edwards, Oracle) and enterprise applications
- Proficient in data analysis, reporting tools, and database technologies (SQL, Oracle)
- Experience with GxP regulations, CFR Part 11 compliance, and validated systems in regulated settings
- Proven capability to convert complex business needs into technical specifications
- Advanced project management abilities with experience in leading cross-functional projects
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for team collaboration
- Demonstrated self-sufficiency and ability to manage multiple objectives
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and associated technical tools
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and change management practices
- Understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
- Capacity to mentor team members and provide technical direction
- Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
