Sr Product Manager, Molecule Intelligence

- Create and manage a multi-year EMI product roadmap that aligns with customer requirements, enterprise data needs, and commercial priorities. - Facilitate collaboration across Data Science, R&D, IT, and Commercial teams to ensure EMI solutions fulfill user demands and integrate smoothly into enterprise systems. - Assist in developing and operationalizing models that enhance molecule characterization, customer targeting, and commercial forecasting. - Assess new feature concepts and solution proposals by evaluating customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility. - Establish value propositions and product positioning for EMI capabilities, validated through customer engagement and market insights. - Collaborate with Marketing to support go-to-market endeavors, including messaging, enablement resources, and value storytelling. - Integrate EMI insights into frontline applications, dashboards, CRM workflows, and digital tools to enhance decision-making and commercial performance. - Support commercial teams by engaging with customers, conducting enablement sessions, and providing data-driven materials. - Oversee product sustaining activities such as communication, adoption initiatives, feedback integration, and continual enhancements.
