Requirements

Must:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) - A minimum of 8 years of progressive IT experience with increasing leadership responsibilities; experience in site/plant IT is highly preferred - Proven track record of managing mission-critical IT services, including incident, problem, and change management alongside service performance management - Experience managing local deployments as part of enterprise programs within a matrix environment - Familiarity with regulated environments and expectations for audit readiness (exposure to GxP/CSV is advantageous) - Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities; skillful at driving resolution under time constraints - Experience in people leadership (both direct and/or matrix relationships) - Advanced degree and 6 years of experience, or a Bachelors degree and 8 years of experience, including over 5 years in leadership roles preferred

Responsibilities

- Provide leadership as the primary IT contact for the Ridgefield site and build robust partnerships with site leaders and functional stakeholders - Convert business priorities into a site-specific IT strategy that aligns with PSG IT standards, roadmaps, and governance - Maintain visibility with leadership and operational teams; proactively identify potential issues, communicate effectively, and oversee resolution - Manage site IT service performance covering workplace services, connectivity, local infrastructure, and site applications - Spearhead local incident, problem, and change management with a focus on root cause analysis and sustainable corrective measures - Coordinate escalations with enterprise/central teams and vendors, keeping stakeholders informed with proactive updates and follow-through - Schedule and carry out operationally critical changes, ensuring robust risk management during maintenance, production-impacting work, and cutovers - Ensure the successful implementation and maintenance of digital products and platforms, guaranteeing security, compliance, scalability, and supportability - Oversee platform readiness by managing infrastructure, connectivity, and access management - Lead the integration of site systems, data flows, and IT/OT connectivity when applicable - Ensure quality of technical delivery, including architecture alignment, configuration readiness, and operational support frameworks - Promote standardization and minimize customization on a site-specific basis, managing exceptions with clear remediation plans - Collaborate with Digital PPI to ensure IT delivery supports change management, adoption, and the realization of measurable value - Coordinate a joint schedule for digital initiatives, covering scope, readiness gates, dependencies, risks, and go-live criteria - Direct execution of enterprise/portfolio initiatives for Ridgefield, ensuring disciplined management of delivery milestones and clear communication of risks/issues - Validate that Ridgefield IT services and regulated systems meet GxP/CSV standards and are always audit-ready - Work with Quality and Digital Assurance to maintain high standards of validation and documentation adherence - Manage local risk visibility and technology debt, implementing timely mitigation strategies - Implement cybersecurity measures at the site, including endpoint management and access controls - Collaborate with Engineering/OT to clearly define boundaries and support models between IT and OT - Lead the development of local IT staff and oversee vendor performance, ensuring adherence to SLAs and rectifying issues as necessary - Contribute to site IT budget planning and financial forecasting while maintaining cost control
