Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a Systems Analyst role or technical development experience with Manhattan WMOS (2010 and 2018).
- 2-3 years of experience with Oracle PL/SQL, including development of stored procedures and triggers.
- 2-3 years of experience with technologies for supporting the Pick, Pack, Ship (PPS) process, including Warehouse Management, Transportation Management, and Order Management systems; experience with QAD Precision/Trax is desirable.
- 2-3 years of experience with integration technologies and systems like XML, webMethods, or Oracle Fusion Middleware (OFM).
- 1-2 years of experience with reporting tools such as IBM Cognos.
- 1-2 years of experience with machine automation systems, including conveyors, print and apply applicators, in-line weigh scales, and case sealers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Capability to adapt to changing technologies within a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Interpret business needs into functional and technical specifications.
- Conduct feasibility assessments and risk analyses for proposed solutions.
- Document system requirements and design artifacts, including flow and sequence diagrams.
- Design system solutions that fulfill business needs while adhering to IT architecture standards.
- Develop comprehensive design documents, including data models, process flows, and system interfaces.
- Partner with business analysts and architects for technical designs and coordinate development efforts with vendors and internal teams.
- Oversee the implementation of new sites and enhancements to existing systems.
- Liaise with various teams to ensure smooth integration with other applications and systems.
- Configure WMS Manhattan 2010 and 2018 systems to meet business requirements.
- Conduct system testing, debugging, and validation to verify functionality.
- Provide incident management by delivering support for system issues and production needs.
- Continuously support deployed systems by diagnosing problems and proposing viable solutions.
- Maintain system documentation, including user manuals and technical guides.
- Monitor system performance and execute regular maintenance for optimal operation.
- Lead or actively participate in project planning, defining scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Track project status and communicate progress to relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget constraints.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users and technical personnel on new systems and enhancements.
- Create training materials and user guides to facilitate knowledge sharing.
