Requirements
Must:
- Advanced degree with 6 years of hands-on R&D experience, or Bachelors degree with 8 years of relevant experience in filtration media development.
- Preferred fields include Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, Chemistry, or Physics.
- Proven proficiency in nonwoven technologies, product design, and scientific methodology development.
- Demonstrated capability to oversee intricate technical projects and mentor team members.
- Record of innovation exemplified through patents, publications, and successful product launches.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Experience in statistical analysis and experimental design techniques.
- Proficient in using scientific instruments and lab techniques.
- Competent in maintaining documentation according to ISO9001 standards.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally.
- Strong project management skills.
- Knowledge of FDA regulations and quality systems.
