Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
- A minimum of 15 years of experience leading IT/Digital teams, including senior-level leadership roles
- Expertise in Oracle ERP and relevant technologies with at least 10 years of experience
- Experience in formulating, aligning, and executing IT/Digital/Data strategies and roadmaps for at least 5 years
- Proven track record in leading transformational ERP initiatives
- Familiarity with manufacturing and quality systems such as SCADA, QMS, MES, and EBR
- Knowledge of modern digital tools including AI, ML, LLM, Prompt Engineering, RPA, LC/NC, and Data Science
- Previous involvement in e-commerce and customer engagement digital solutions
- Experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.com
- Understanding of backend IT infrastructure, including Networks, Cloud, Servers, and Cybersecurity
- Strong program and project management skills
- Proven ability in managing large multi-national vendors and navigating contract negotiations
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute an IT/Digital strategic plan that aligns with the overarching business objectives
- Collaborate with broader IT, Digital, Data, and Group/Division leadership to address pertinent areas of focus
- Act as a liaison between business requirements and IT technical roadmaps, ensuring value delivery on every initiative
- Influence executive leadership to achieve alignment on the IT/Digital/Data strategy and roadmap
- Identify and spearhead the development of talent strategies, workforce planning, succession planning, and career progression within the department
- Conduct a thorough assessment of existing people and organizational capabilities to identify suitable solutions
- Drive change initiatives, creating innovative and cost-effective solutions for business challenges while ensuring their adoption and value realization
- Establish and enhance the technology roadmap to support continuous improvement and adaptation to digital transformations
- Manage an annual operating budget and capital program budget, collaborating closely with finance partners to project and plan for future financial requirements
- Oversee vendor management and contract negotiations to ensure fruitful collaborations and partnerships
- Provide status updates to IT and executive leadership while managing risks at appropriate levels within both IT and the organization
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 50%
