Requirements

Must:
- Advanced Degree with 6 years of experience, or Bachelors Degree with 8 years of experience in enterprise architecture with increasing technical leadership roles - Preferred Fields of Study: Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or related disciplines - Highly advantageous to have experience with OpenAI products (e.g., AgentKit, Agent Builder, OpenAI API, ChatKit, MCP Servers) - Proven experience in designing LLM-based solutions in enterprise settings - Experience in constructing AI agents and orchestrating multiple agents (MCP experience is a plus) - Strong capabilities in prompt engineering, system instruction design, and orchestration - Familiarity with various AI development platforms - Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation including chunking, embeddings, reranking, and retrieval methods - Understanding of mitigation strategies for hallucinations, grounding, citations, and maintaining knowledge freshness - Competence in evaluating AI outputs and establishing performance metrics - Awareness of AI governance, risk management, and data privacy regulations - Experience in creating ServiceNow Virtual Agent topics using Now Assist - Familiarity with AI Agent Studio and AI-enhanced ServiceNow capabilities - Experience integrating ServiceNow with external AI platforms (OpenAI, AWS, etc.) - Solid understanding of Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Scripted REST APIs, and outbound integrations - Experience in designing HRSD solutions such as Case Management, Knowledge, and Employee Center is a bonus - Deep knowledge in cloud architecture, cybersecurity, data/analytics, automation, and network infrastructure - Proven track record in designing and implementing extensive enterprise solutions - Strong grasp of modern architectural techniques, frameworks, and industry best practices - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and their associated services - Expertise in infrastructure as code, automation, and DevOps methodologies - Strong understanding of security principles and compliance requirements - Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills - Ability to guide and influence through collaboration successfully - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail - Experience with Agile methodologies and project delivery frameworks - Superior written and verbal communication skills - Capability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

- Design and execute enterprise-wide solutions focusing on HR AI - Utilize ServiceNow (including NowAssist) and other AI tools (such as ChatGPTe, Flowise, etc.) - Lead the development of AI-driven HR chatbot and AI agent use cases - Collaborate with HR stakeholders to convert requirements into effective architectural designs - Conduct technical analysis and present architecture solutions and recommendations to key stakeholders - Define system integration patterns, ensuring they meet enterprise standards and protocols - Oversee and enhance AI performance and adoption in HR service delivery - Contribute to the AI strategy and governance framework within the HR technology landscape - Design AI solutions using ServiceNow and various other AI platforms - Work directly with HR stakeholders to refine use cases, making vague needs into precise and scalable designs - Determine how the HR chatbot and AI agents interact and manage transactions across systems like Workday and ChatGPTe - Design connections for large language models (LLMs) to APIs, workflows, and data sources, ensuring solutions are realistic, secure, and manageable - Participate in requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders - Create complex chatbot flows and agent-focused AI use cases - Establish integrations and architectural specifications for HR AI solutions (APIs, MCP) - Recommend products and technology for AI solutions, assessing the best tools and platforms to fulfill business needs - Analyze alternatives for technical solutions, taking into account scale, security, user experience, business value, and cost implications - Provide technical evaluations, highlighting strengths, weaknesses, and trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders - Research and implement industry best practices for AI technologies in HR service delivery - Collaborate with platform vendors to provide feedback on usage and request product enhancements - Share knowledge and work with other technical teams to uphold architectural standards across our organization
