Requirements

Must:
- Bachelors Degree in a relevant field plus 8 years of hands-on R&D experience in product design and development. - Preferred disciplines: Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, Chemistry, Physics. - Proven proficiency in product design, commercialization, project management, data analysis, and scientific method development. - Familiarity with filtration products and/or filtration media. - Demonstrated capability to lead complex technical projects and manage project teams. - A record of innovation through patents, publications, and successful product launches. - Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong written and verbal communication abilities. - Capacity to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams. - Skilled in scientific instrumentation and laboratory methodologies. - Excellent documentation skills adhering to ISO9001 standards. - Willingness to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally. - Knowledge of FDA regulations and quality systems.
