Requirements
Must:
- Advanced degree plus 3 years of experience, or Bachelors degree plus 5 years of experience in product development within regulated industries
- Preferred fields of study: Engineering (mechanical or biomedical) or a related scientific discipline
- Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks preferred) and analytical tools (finite element analysis, computational fluid dynamics, mold flow analysis)
- Ability to analyze complex technical challenges and devise innovative solutions
- Strong skills in statistical analysis and data interpretation
- High proficiency in technical documentation and report writing
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Comprehensive understanding of design control processes and quality systems (GMP, ISO, FDA standards)
- Proven experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams
- Experience in conducting design reviews and validation activities
- Capability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with global teams
- Consistent track record of meeting project timelines and deliverables
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and relevant engineering software
- Familiarity with laboratory instrumentation and analytical techniques
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 15%
- Ability to work in laboratory or cleanroom environments while using PPE
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with our R&D team as a Product Development Engineer III to address significant challenges in healthcare, environmental protection, and scientific research
- Lead the design, development, and enhancement of innovative filtration products and processes
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to launch new solutions into the market
- Engage in hands-on engineering activities from concept to commercialization
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Use your technical expertise to tackle complex problems and improve existing products
- Develop next-generation solutions within our diverse portfolio of scientific instruments and technologies
- Contribute to impactful projects that support our mission of making the world healthier, cleaner, and safer
