Field Service Engineer - Technical Support

- Associate degree in Technical or Engineering field (Electronics, Biomedical Engineering, Electrical) or equivalent experience preferred. - Minimum of 1 year in relevant life sciences, biomedical engineering, or customer-facing technical roles preferred. - Experience in operating, fixing, and calibrating complex analyzers or systems. - Familiarity with clinical or regulated environments (CAP, CLIA, FDA) preferred. - Proficient in Windows and related software; possess knowledge in networks, electronics, mechanics, and chemistry. - Strong analytical problem-solving skills. - Ability to exercise good judgment in setting priorities and identifying next steps. - Adaptable to change with a positive approach. - Capable of working independently in a fast-paced remote environment. - Physically able to stand, bend, kneel, lift up to 75 lbs, and carry up to 50 lbs for at least 100 feet. - Possible exposure to biohazards during service activities with adherence to safety protocols. - Valid drivers license with a clean driving record is required. - Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory. - Required to maintain Vendor Credentialing and comply with OHS policies. - Must legally be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. - Must pass a thorough background check, including drug screening.
