Field Service Engineer - LCMS - Baltimore

- Bachelors degree in analytical chemistry, engineering, physics, or a related field - Minimum of 2 years of hands-on technical experience with LC/MS instruments installation, troubleshooting, and repair, or an advanced degree with relevant experience - Strong electronic and mechanical diagnostic skills with the capacity to identify issues down to the component level - Proficient in reading and interpreting technical documents and schematics - Preferred experience with ultra-high vacuum systems and high voltage equipment - Skilled in documentation of service activities and creating detailed reports - Capable of effectively training and supporting customers in equipment operation - Committed to adhering to safety protocols and quality standards - Proven track record of meeting customer satisfaction objectives - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong organizational and time management skills - Independent problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and service management software - Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various laboratory settings - Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future - Must pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen
