Field Service Engineer - LCMS

- Bachelors Degree in Electronics, Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or a related technical discipline - Minimum of 2 years of hands-on technical experience in installing, troubleshooting, and repairing LCMS and other complex analytical instruments - Proficient in electronics and mechanical troubleshooting with the capability to diagnose issues down to the component level - Familiarity with ultra-high vacuum systems and high voltage equipment is a plus - Competence in reading and interpreting technical documentation and schematics - Experience in documenting service activities and generating detailed reports - Proven track record of achieving customer satisfaction goals - Ability to effectively train and assist customers with equipment operation - Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong organizational skills and time management abilities - Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and service management software - Valid drivers license with the willingness to travel 50-75% within assigned territory - Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varied laboratory environments - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to operate independently - Commitment to safety protocols and quality standards
