Field Service Engineer - Asset Management

- Bachelors degree (no prior experience required) - Strong mechanical and electronics aptitude with the capability to troubleshoot at the component level - Valid drivers license - Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended durations - Flexibility to work varied hours and respond to urgent service requests - Eligibility to obtain credentials needed for customer facility access - Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Biomedical) or a related scientific field (preferred) - Experience in installing, maintaining, or repairing analytical or laboratory instruments (preferred) - Familiarity with ultra-high vacuum systems and high-voltage equipment (preferred) - Proficiency with Windows OS, MS Office, and service management tools (preferred) - Ability to read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and technical documentation (preferred) - Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills - Excellent communication and customer service abilities - Highly organized with strong time management skills - Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently - Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
