Requirements

Must:
- I possess a Bachelor's degree in information security, information technology, computer science, or a related discipline. - I have over 8 years of experience in cybersecurity engineering or a similar role. - I hold a CISSP or a comparable enterprise security certification. - I have extensive experience in designing and implementing security controls within cloud environments, preferably Azure and AWS. - I am knowledgeable about security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and CIS, as well as compliance frameworks like HITRUST and PCI DSS. - I have a proven track record of conducting security assessments, vulnerability management, and incident response. - I am proficient in network security technologies, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and VPNs. - I possess a solid understanding of operating system platforms (Windows, Linux) and endpoint security. - I have in-depth experience in managing and securing cloud infrastructure and cloud-based applications. - I am experienced with Application Security, including OWASP, SAST, and DAST. - I am an expert in current security principles, techniques, and standards. - I am proficient with various security systems: intrusion detection systems, anti-virus software, identity management systems, log management, content filtering, etc.

Responsibilities

- I will manage enterprise-wide security tools and platforms, including SIEM, DLP, EDR/XDR, and vulnerability management within hybrid environments (cloud and on-premises). - I will monitor security alerts, address incidents, and handle escalations. - I will participate in an incident response on-call rotation. - I will conduct threat analysis, vulnerability assessments, and risk evaluations. - I will manage and secure identities in Microsoft Entra ID through Conditional Access and Entitlement Management. - I will develop and implement strategies for Data Loss Prevention and identify gaps in DLP coverage. - I will stay up to date on the latest cyber threats, attack methodologies, and vulnerabilities to ensure our resilience against evolving risks. - I will conduct periodic system and network configuration reviews to maintain compliance with security standards. - I will collaborate with development teams to ensure security is integrated throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and CI/CD pipeline. - I will enforce secure coding standards and best practices to minimize vulnerabilities, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our customers' data. - I will identify and document cyber risks and manage mitigation plans, following up on outstanding security risks and reporting issues to leadership. - I will align Zero Trust principles with our organizational security goals to provide secure access to corporate resources, both on-premises and in the cloud. - I will participate in audits and assessments that support governance, risk management, and compliance (GRC) initiatives.
