Requirements

Must:
- Over 7 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in SaaS, data-centric platforms, or clinical/healthtech environments. - Strong technical understanding; knowledge of API-driven systems, integrations, data flows, and engineering processes is essential, though coding skills are not required. - Demonstrated proficiency in managing JIRA and Confluence at an organizational level. - Experience overseeing multiple concurrent projects while ensuring clarity and structure. - Comfortable in dynamic, early-stage environments where ambiguity is common, and cross-functional collaboration is crucial. - Excellent communication abilities, both written and oral, particularly in executive settings. - Strong decision-making skills with a high sense of ownership. - Residing in Edmonton, Alberta, or open to relocating (preference will be given to candidates based in Edmonton).

Responsibilities

- Act as a liaison between technical and business teams to facilitate effective communication and execution. - Continuously enhance and manage the comprehensive product roadmap, ensuring all teams have visibility. - Oversee the administration of JIRA and Confluence for the product team, including backlog management, sprint planning, documentation, release notes, and cross-departmental workflows. - Establish and uphold an efficient rhythm for sprint meetings, scrums, and daily standups. - Gain an in-depth understanding of ongoing initiatives within the company, keeping track of all projects and deliverables. - Engage in all significant project discussions, providing structure, follow-ups, and alignment among engineering, clinical partners, and leadership. - Report directly to the CTO, acting as a key partner in steering product strategy, execution, and delivery. - Prepare and present organized progress updates during weekly executive meetings, highlighting risks, obstacles, timelines, and milestones. - Ensure that documentation, requirements, specifications, and decisions are consistently up-to-date and readily accessible. - Advocate for product excellence by aligning team efforts with business priorities, clinical value, and market strategies. - Work with Theragraph’s integration and security partners to guarantee regulatory compliance across the organization.
