Requirements

Must:
- Deep understanding of AI technologies like Claude or ChatGPT - Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) and related applications - Strong interest in personal knowledge management (PKM) tools such as Obsidian, Notion, OneNote, Evernote, or Logseq - Excellent written communication skills to explain complex concepts clearly - Curiosity about knowledge organization and human thought processes - Proficient troubleshooting skills on both Windows and macOS - Ability to maintain composure under pressure and provide personalized customer support - Bonus points for experience with automating workflows using AI tools (e.g., n8n, Zapier) - Familiarity with Zendesk, Zoom, and modern documentation tools - Basic skills in HTML, light scripting, or video editing, to contribute to content creation - An established online presence within AI or PKM communities
