Requirements

Must:
- Bachelors degree in Geomatics Engineering or a related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in GIS - Strong expertise in web GIS architectures and deploying distributed geospatial services - Proficient with Esri technologies, including ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, and ArcGIS Enterprise (Portal, Server, Datastore) - Experience in prototyping and deploying spatial web applications and dashboards using ArcGIS Web AppBuilder and ArcGIS Dashboards, including customizations with HTML and CSS - Familiarity with spatial databases, including both relational systems (PostgreSQL, PostGIS) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB) - Proficient in Python, particularly with a focus on geospatial libraries - Experience in ETL workflows for managing high-volume spatial data pipelines - Knowledge of Open Geospatial Consortium standards - Experience in containerization using Docker - Familiarity with Git technologies (GitLab) and CI/CD pipelines - In-depth understanding of spatial statistics and geostatistics, including Kriging, spatial autocorrelation, and hot spot analysis - Knowledge of remote sensing data and techniques such as satellite imagery and LiDAR

Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain web GIS architectures for effective geospatial service deployment - Utilize Esri technologies to enhance geographic data management and visualization - Design and implement spatial web applications and dashboards tailored to user needs - Manage and optimize spatial databases with both traditional and NoSQL systems - Write and refine Python scripts focused on geospatial data processing - Collaborate on ETL workflows for efficient handling of high-volume spatial datasets - Ensure compliance with Open Geospatial Consortium standards in project implementations - Containerize applications and manage environments using Docker - Utilize Git technologies for version control and manage CI/CD pipelines efficiently - Conduct analyses using spatial statistics and remote sensing data to support project objectives
