Requirements
Must:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- A minimum of three years of programming/development experience.
- More than seven years of programming/development experience is preferred.
- Experience as a MERN Stack Engineer is desired.
- Public Cloud (AWS) experience is preferred.
- Basic understanding of Java/Spring Boot is preferred.
- Advanced delivery skills, including the ability to determine software design strategy and methodology.
- Demonstrated domain expertise and the ability to influence priorities in alignment with business objectives.
- Strong problem-solving skills, utilizing data and proofs of concepts.
- Excellent communication abilities, with the capacity to explain technology concepts to non-technical personnel.
- Advanced leadership skills with the ability to motivate and influence team members.
Responsibilities
- Perform complex analysis, advanced level design, configuration, and develop functions for impactful, high-visibility tasks.
- Lead the direction and implementation of solutions to moderately to highly complex, loosely scoped problems aligned with team goals.
- Deliver efforts both independently and by guiding other team members.
- Lead investigations and resolution efforts for critical, high-impact problems, defects, and incidents.
- Act as a technology advocate, identifying opportunities where technology can enhance the business.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship while fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Apply knowledge of current industry trends and techniques to formulate appropriate solutions.
- Continuously learn and grow business knowledge relevant to technical capabilities.
- Perform other assigned duties, including people management.
