Requirements
Must:
- Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in work experience.
- Two years of programming/development experience.
- Four years of programming/development experience preferred.
- Expert knowledge of APIs, NodeJS, .NET C# and AWS Cloud Serverless.
- Intermediate delivery skills, including the ability to estimate accurate timelines for tasks and deliver work at a steady pace.
- Demonstrated track record of domain expertise and understanding of technical concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve new issues and learn from mistakes.
- Excellent communication abilities, capable of articulating information clearly and collaborating with team members.
- Intermediate leadership skills and a self-motivated attitude toward identifying opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Perform analysis, design, development, and configuration functions with a high degree of accuracy and speed.
- Carry out analysis, assessment, and resolution for defects and incidents of advanced complexity.
- Work independently on well-scoped and loosely scoped problems.
- Seek opportunities to expand technical knowledge and capabilities.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to less experienced employees.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

We are seeking a Software Engineer II to contribute to our organization as we continue to grow and transform our technology landscape. Your role will involve completing advanced end-to-end engineering tasks, including designing, developing, analyzing, and implementing solutions based on user or system specifications.
Our compensation includes a competitive annual salary range from $117,200 to $193,400, as well as performance-based cash incentive awards.
