Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in work experience.
- A minimum of two years of programming or development experience, with a preference for four years.
- Proficiency in programming languages, particularly Python.
- Strong experience utilizing AWS services, such as Step Functions, Lambda, Textract, and Bedrock.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools, especially Kubernetes.
- Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
- Knowledge of infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Intermediate delivery skills to estimate timelines accurately and produce consistent quality work.
- Demonstrated domain expertise and knowledge of industry trends.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on long-term solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate ideas clearly and collaborate effectively.
- Intermediate leadership skills to foster a safe learning environment for team members.
Responsibilities
As a Software Engineer II on our Enterprise AI for Operations team, you will:
- Complete advanced end-to-end engineering tasks, including designing, developing, analyzing, configuring, testing, debugging, and implementing solutions based on specifications.
- Consult with users to determine functional specifications and manage interactions between systems and technical support areas.
- Lead application and solution design in collaboration with other functions, such as architects and product owners.
- Utilize modern technologies, including large language models, deep learning models, and cloud computing services, to modernize operations workflows.
- Conduct detailed analysis, assessment, and resolution of defects and incidents.
- Work both independently and as part of a team to solve well-scoped and loosely scoped problems.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to less experienced team members.
- Participate in ongoing learning opportunities to further expand your technical knowledge.
