Requirements
Must:
- Four years of programming or development experience.
- Proficiency in the Guidewire platform and Gosu programming language.
- Intermediate skills in project delivery, including accurate task estimation and consistent work pace.
- Demonstrated domain expertise with an understanding of relevant technical concepts and industry trends.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on building long-term solutions and effectively addressing new issues.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying information clearly, documenting work effectively, and collaborating with team members.
- Intermediate leadership capabilities, fostering a supportive environment for team learning and growth.
- Bachelors degree in computer science, a related STEM field, or equivalent education and/or work experience.
- Four additional years of software engineering experience.
Responsibilities
- Conduct analysis, design, development, and configuration tasks with precision and efficiency as an individual contributor to team objectives.
- Analyze, assess, and resolve advanced complexity defects and incidents, escalating them as needed.
- Work independently on well-defined and loosely defined problems.
- Pursue opportunities for further technical knowledge and skill enhancement.
- Provide mentoring and technical guidance to less experienced team members.
- Perform additional duties as required.
