Requirements

Must:
We require a Bachelor's degree or its equivalent in work experience, as well as at least one year of programming or development experience. Ideally, you should have a preferred three years of programming or development experience, with two years specifically in Workday. Experience in building integrations using Report Writer and EIB is essential, while knowledge of Workday Studio and Workday Extend is preferred. Additionally, we are looking for individuals with intermediate delivery skills, demonstrated domain expertise, proven problem-solving capabilities, strong communication abilities, and intermediate leadership skills.

As a Software Engineer I (Workday Programmer) at Travelers, you will perform analysis, design, development, and configuration functions for assignments of intermediate complexity. You will participate with your team in assessing and resolving defects and incidents, working independently on well-defined problems within team guidelines. You will actively seek opportunities to enhance your technical knowledge and capabilities while executing other responsibilities as assigned.
