Requirements
Must:
- I require a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- I expect at least two years of programming and development experience.
- Preferred qualifications include four years of programming or development experience.
- I seek individuals with hands-on experience in cloud computing (e.g., AWS (Serverless/EKS) and/or Azure), API development (e.g., REST and/or GraphQL), and familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, AWS CDK).
- A solid understanding of frameworks/libraries like React.js, Node.js, and/or .NET is essential, along with proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, TypeScript, and/or Python) and object-oriented programming languages (e.g., C# and/or Java).
- Experience with eventing systems (e.g., Kafka), relational databases (e.g., DB2, MySQL, PostgreSQL), and document databases (e.g., MongoDB, DynamoDB) is important.
- I look for demonstrated experience in AI Enablement, familiarity with AI Agent Programming (e.g., Open AI, Anthropic, MCP), Coding Assistant Usage (e.g., Claude, GitHub Co-Pilot), and automated testing procedures.
- Proficiency in source control (Git/GitHub) and CI/CD practices (CloudBees Jenkins, Jenkins Open Source, Azure DevOps) is necessary.
- I value an understanding of OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect (OIDC), experience with observability/monitoring platforms, and familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (Jira, Rally).
Responsibilities

- You will analyze, assess, and resolve complex defects and incidents, escalating issues as needed.
- You are expected to work autonomously on both well-defined and loosely defined challenges.

- I look to you for providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff.
- Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.
