Requirements
Must:
- We require a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the field.
- You must have a minimum of two years of programming or development experience.
- Professional experience with Guidewire (ideally PolicyCenter) is essential.
- A minimum of five years of programming or development experience is preferred.
- Experience with cloud technologies (preferably AWS) is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies is valued.
- Domain expertise with an understanding of necessary technical concepts and an awareness of industry trends is crucial.
- Strong problem-solving skills are necessary, including the ability to resolve new issues and break down complex problems.
- Excellent communication skills are important; you should be capable of articulating information clearly and collaborating effectively with team members.
- Intermediate leadership abilities to foster a learning environment for others are expected.
Responsibilities
- In this role, I will have you perform analysis, design, development, and configuration tasks with accuracy and efficiency, focusing primarily on Guidewire.
- You will analyze, assess, and resolve defects and incidents of a complex nature and escalate issues as needed.
- You will work independently to address both well-defined and ambiguous problems.
- I encourage you to seek opportunities for expanding your technical knowledge and skills.
- You will provide technical guidance and mentorship to less experienced colleagues.
- Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
