Requirements
Must:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- A minimum of three years of programming/development experience.
- Eight years of programming/development experience preferred.
- Design and Solutioning experience.
- Experience with AWS, Lambdas, EKS, React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, MicroStrategy, etc.
- Experience managing a team of Software Engineers while remaining hands-on.
- Advanced delivery skills for determining software design strategies and methodologies.
- Demonstrated domain expertise and ability to develop business partnerships.
- Strong problem-solving skills using data and proofs of concepts.
- Excellent communication skills for conveying technology concepts clearly.
- Advanced leadership skills capable of inspiring and motivating others.
Responsibilities
- Perform complex analysis, advanced level design, configuration, and development for high-visibility tasks.
- Lead and implement solutions for moderately complex, loosely scoped problems aligned with team goals.
- Deliver efforts independently and by directing other team members.
- Oversee investigation and resolution of critical problems, defects, and incidents.
- Serve as a technology advocate, identifying opportunities to improve business through technology.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship, fostering a team environment.
- Manage a small team of Software Engineers.
- Utilize knowledge of current industry trends and techniques to develop solutions.
- Seek opportunities for expanding technical knowledge and capabilities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
