Requirements
Must:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- A minimum of two years of programming/development expertise.
- Preferred: Five or more years of programming/development experience.
- Profound understanding of APIs, NodeJS, and AWS Cloud Serverless, demonstrating the ability to craft scalable solutions.
- Familiarity with modern architectures and software engineering principles.
- Preferred experience in developing intelligent systems and comprehensive solutions.
- Optional: Experience utilizing GenAI during the build lifecycle or in system integrations.
- Intermediate delivery skills, including accurate task estimation and delivering work consistently to meet commitments.
- Proven domain expertise with knowledge of technical concepts and industry trends.
- Strong problem-solving skills, capable of developing long-term solutions and learning from mistakes.
- Excellent communication skills, with the capability to clearly convey information and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Intermediate leadership abilities, fostering a safe environment for team growth and self-motivation in team tracking.
Responsibilities
- Engage in analysis, design, development, and configuration functions, ensuring a high degree of precision and efficiency as an individual contributor to team objectives.
- Address analysis, assessment, and resolution of advanced defects and incidents, escalating issues as necessary.
- Independently address well-defined and loosely defined challenges.
- Seek opportunities to enhance technical knowledge and skills.
- Offer technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
