Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Over 5 years of experience in Information Technology Security Engineering or Software Engineering
- 7+ years of IT experience in developing and programming web-based or micro-service applications
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java/Spring, C#, Python, JavaScript, Angular, or React
- Experience with micro-services architecture
- Knowledge of deploying applications on cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, or Cloud Foundry
- Familiarity with modern authentication technologies, particularly OAuth/OAuth2
- Experience with troubleshooting and enhancing Java or C# and Angular or React applications
- Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming principles
- Knowledge of design patterns and their implementations
- Intermediate delivery skills with the ability to estimate timelines and manage tasks efficiently
- Domain expertise in technical concepts relevant to the position
- Strong problem-solving skills capable of addressing and learning from complex challenges
- Excellent communication abilities, clearly conveying information and collaborating with team members
- Intermediate leadership skills fostering a safe and motivating environment for team development
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, deploy, and maintain Identity and Access Management (IAM) applications, covering authentication and authorization solutions
- Troubleshoot, identify, and rectify technical issues related to identity and access management
- Modernize IAM solutions and deploy them across various cloud platforms
- Conduct analysis, design, development, and configuration tasks accurately and swiftly, contributing as an individual to team objectives
- Analyze, assess, and resolve high-complexity defects and incidents, escalating as necessary
- Maintain thorough documentation of IAM policies, procedures, and configurations
- Work autonomously on well-defined and loosely defined challenges
- Seek opportunities to enhance technical knowledge and expertise
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior team members
- Support production outages and perform various other responsibilities as assigned
