Requirements
Must:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- At least one year of programming or development experience is required.
- Three years of programming/development experience is preferred.
- Intermediate delivery skills to consistently achieve commitments and manage work assignments in small batch releases.
- Proven domain expertise with a deep understanding of technical concepts relevant to the role.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, including debugging skills and the capacity to break down complex issues into manageable parts.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly convey ideas and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Intermediate leadership skills demonstrating a proactive approach to personal growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Utilize Salesforce Service Cloud & FSC Insurance expertise to configure basic insurance objects and comprehend relationships between policy, account, and case records.
- Set up essential Omni-Channel configurations, including queues and routing rules for customer service.
- Create and modify case record types and page layouts for various insurance lines of business.
- Construct simple flows for common insurance processes like policy inquiries and basic claims intake.
- Implement foundational skills, including understanding insurance-specific validation rules and setting up automation using Process Builder.
- Configure Salesforce Connect for read-only access to external insurance data.
- Develop simple Apex triggers for policy and claims updates, including basic REST callouts to external insurance APIs.
- Conduct analysis, design, development, and configuration tasks, defining technical requirements as needed.
- Collaborate with the team on analysis, assessment, and resolution of defects and incidents of intermediate complexity.
