Requirements
Must:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- At least two years of programming/development experience.
- A strong background in programming and development, with a preference for four years of experience.
- Intermediate delivery skills, with the capability to accurately estimate timelines and deliver work consistently to meet commitments.
- Demonstrated domain expertise, including a clear understanding of technical concepts and awareness of industry trends.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to break larger issues into manageable tasks and learn from past mistakes.
- Proficient communication skills to articulate information effectively and collaborate with team members.
- Intermediate leadership abilities, fostering a safe learning environment and motivating the team.
Responsibilities
- Carry out analysis, design, development, and configuration duties with high accuracy and efficiency, contributing as an individual to team goals.
- Analyze and resolve defects and incidents of significant complexity while knowing when to escalate issues.
- Independently handle both well-defined and loosely defined problems.
- Actively seek opportunities to enhance technical knowledge and skills.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to less experienced colleagues.
- Undertake additional duties as needed.

The salary range for this position is between $117,200 and $193,400, determined by various factors such as role complexity, candidate experience, and location. In this role as a Software Engineer II, you will engage in advanced engineering tasks, from designing and developing to implementing system solutions based on user specifications. You will contribute to our technology transformation by ensuring a smooth interaction between systems and various technical support areas.
