Requirements
Must:
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is essential.
- A minimum of two years of programming or development experience is required.
- Preferred experience includes four years of programming/development experience.
- Proven experience in leading and managing software engineering teams, fostering collaboration and achieving project objectives.
- Demonstrated familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS (Serverless/EKS) and/or Azure.
- Proficient in API development techniques (e.g., REST and/or GraphQL).
- Understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts (e.g., Terraform, AWS CDK).
- Working knowledge of frameworks/libraries (e.g., React.js, Node.js, and/or .NET).
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, and/or Python.
- Experience with object-oriented programming languages (e.g., C# and/or Java).
- Familiarity with event-driven systems (e.g., Kafka).
- Experience with relational databases such as DB2, MySQL, and/or PostgreSQL.
- Knowledge of document databases, such as MongoDB and/or DynamoDB.
- Background in AI Enablement, including AI agent programming (e.g., Open AI, Anthropic, MCP) and coding assistant usage (e.g., familiarity with Claude and GitHub Co-Pilot).
- Experience with automated testing tools and methodologies (e.g., NUnit/XUnit, Moq, Jest, and Cypress).
- Proficient in source control practices using Git/GitHub.
- Demonstrated experience with CI/CD practices (e.g., CloudBees Jenkins, Jenkins Open Source, and/or Azure DevOps).
- Understanding of OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect (OIDC).
- Familiarity with observability/monitoring platforms like Dynatrace, ELK stack, and OpenTelemetry.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira and Rally).
- Intermediate delivery skills, including the capability to provide accurate task timelines and deliver consistent work outcomes.
- Problem-solving abilities to break down complex challenges into manageable components.
- Strong communication skills to articulate information clearly and foster collaboration, ensuring effective mentorship and feedback.
