Requirements
Must:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- A minimum of three years of programming or development experience.
- Preferred: Five years of programming/development experience.
- Familiarity with AWS Serverless (Lambda or EKS, API Gateway), NodeJS, AWS components (Terraforms Enterprise, Github Actions, Jenkins), and a conceptual understanding of Eventing and Containers (EKS).
- Advanced delivery skills, including the ability to determine software design strategies and methodologies.
- Proven domain expertise with the ability to forge business partnerships and influence priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills, utilizing data and proofs of concepts to devise creative and effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating technology concepts clearly and collaborating effectively with a diverse range of individuals.
- Advanced leadership capabilities, with the ability to motivate and inspire others and make decisions with broad implications.
Responsibilities
- Conduct complex analyses, advanced design, configurations, and develop functions for impactful tasks.
- Lead the effort to implement solutions for moderately complex, loosely defined issues aligned with team objectives.
- Work independently and guide other team members on projects.
- Spearhead investigations and resolution efforts for critical, high-impact issues, defects, and incidents.
- Serve as a technology advocate, seeking opportunities to leverage technology for business improvement.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship, nurturing a collaborative team environment.
- Apply knowledge of current industry trends and techniques to create effective solutions.
- Pursue opportunities to enhance technical expertise and capabilities.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned.
