Requirements
Must:
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- At least one year of programming or development experience.
- Three years of experience with JavaScript, NoSQL, Python, and AWS.
- Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) or AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) is preferred, along with a strong willingness to learn and implement these technologies.
- Intermediate delivery skills, capable of managing work at a consistent pace, decomposing tasks into smaller releases, and participating in tradeoff discussions.
- Proven domain expertise, demonstrating an understanding of the necessary technical concepts.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, including debugging and recognizing patterns in unfamiliar code or systems.
- Excellent communication skills, enabling clear interactions with team members and effective documentation of work.
- Intermediate leadership abilities, with a record of self-motivation and personal growth.
Responsibilities
- Conduct analysis, design, development, and configuration for tasks of intermediate complexity.
- Collaborate with the team to analyze, assess, and resolve defects and incidents, escalating issues as necessary.
- Work independently to tackle well-defined problems within team guidelines.
- Pursue opportunities to enhance your technical knowledge and skills.
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed.
