Requirements
Must:
- I have at least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
- I have demonstrated experience implementing contemporary technology trends and techniques, such as cloud-based solutions leveraging microservices.
- I am adept at interpreting internal and external business challenges and can recommend best practices to enhance Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes.
- I possess advanced delivery skills, enabling me to determine software design strategy and methodology for projects, utilize automated testing, and ensure the quality of work before deployment.
- I have a track record of domain expertise, including the ability to forge business partnerships and influence priorities by identifying aligned solutions.
- I am a strong problem solver who leverages data and proofs of concepts to devise creative resolutions to complex issues.
- I have exceptional communication skills, able to articulate technology concepts in business-friendly language and effectively document initiatives.
- I exhibit advanced leadership qualities, can motivate others, and influence team members even when there is no clear owner for a task.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience, is a must.
- I have a minimum of three years of programming or development experience.
Responsibilities
- I will provide Salesforce Service Cloud and Financial Services Cloud (FSC) expertise.
- I will engineer enterprise-level insurance data models utilizing out-of-the-box Financial Services Cloud capabilities.
- I will design complex case hierarchies for multi-line property casualty insurance products with appropriate case routing and escalation workflows.
- I will lead the implementation of advanced Omni-Channel configurations, including queue-based routing and skills-based routing.
- I will engineer integration architecture that connects core insurance systems using Salesforce capabilities such as Salesforce Connect and APIs.
- I will design platform event architectures for real-time updates on policy changes and claims.
- I will architect Change Data Capture strategies to maintain data integrity across insurance system landscapes.
- I will oversee the API strategy, including REST and GraphQL patterns for complex insurance workflows.
- I will direct complex engineering tasks based on user or system specifications for essential projects.
- I will lead problem resolution efforts for critical issues, identifying opportunities where technology can be optimized to enhance business processes.
- I will apply knowledge of current industry trends to formulate effective solutions.
- I will perform other duties as assigned to support the team.
