Requirements
Must:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is preferred.
- A minimum of four years of programming or development experience is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar capacity, with a strong emphasis on data engineering and Generative AI applications.
- Proficiency in programming languages, particularly Python and SQL.
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks or libraries like React.js and back-end frameworks or libraries.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS and associated services (e.g., AWS Lambda, S3, EC2, RDS, Redshift).
- Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, or ECS.
- Solid understanding of database systems and data processing frameworks (e.g., SQL, NoSQL, Spark, Databricks).
- Familiarity with Generative AI concepts such as Agentic Frameworks, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, Large Language Models, Multi-Channel Processing, Agentic AI, Chunking, and Hyper-parameters.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities and adaptability to a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training in data tools, techniques, and manipulation is a must.
- At least four years of experience in data engineering or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement solutions for Generative AI data engineering activities, which encompass data ingestion, processing, storage, and analysis.
- Collaborate closely with data scientists and engineers to produce Retrieval-Augmented Generation solutions and to integrate Large Language Models into production-ready applications.
- Create APIs and microservices to facilitate data access and integration across various components of the Generative AI platform.
- Apply best practices for code quality, testing, and documentation to ensure the reliability, maintainability, and scalability of our software systems.
- Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in data engineering and Generative AI and leverage them to enhance our platform.
