Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Information Technology Security Engineering or Software Engineering
- At least 5 years of experience in Information Technology Security Engineering or Software Engineering preferred
- Proficient in Cloud computing and automation principles
- Familiarity with system, network, and OS hardening methodologies
- Knowledge of host/network access control mechanisms
- In-depth understanding of cybersecurity privacy standards, threats, vulnerabilities, and security policies
- Capability to apply cybersecurity principles related to confidentiality, integrity, authentication, and non-repudiation
- Strong communication skills for effective consultation and presentations
- Ability to manage multiple projects and ensure their timely delivery
Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to implementation projects, including the analysis and resolution of cybersecurity platforms or products
- Design, develop, evaluate, and configure intricate automation tasks
- Support and manage complex security controls across various tools and processes
- Serve as an escalation point for incidents regarding platform extensions, including problem research and policy management
- Consult with business clients on software, training, and performance assessments
- Facilitate and expand enhancement requests from business stakeholders
- Diagnose and resolve anomalies in cyber defense infrastructure
- Update security policies and direct maintenance upgrades
- Perform additional duties as assigned
