Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in work experience.
- At least two years of programming/development experience.
- Preferred: Four years of programming/development experience in Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM).
- Preferred: Four years of CIAM product configuration/development experience.
- A subject matter expert in SAML, OAuth, OIDC, JWT, or other industry-standard authentication and/or authorization solutions.
- Intermediate delivery skills, including the ability to estimate accurate timelines for tasks and deliver work at a steady, predictable pace.
- Demonstrated track record of domain expertise and willingness to understand technical concepts and industry trends.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and effective communication skills.
- Intermediate leadership skills with self-motivation and the ability to help create a safe learning environment.
Responsibilities
As a CIAM Software Engineer II, I will be responsible for:
- Designing and developing a centralized CIAM solution across multiple lines of business utilizing API-driven product solutions.
- Developing patterns on API security and creating CIAM capabilities as service-based architecture.
- Integrating CIAM solutions with industry-standard authentication/authorization solutions like SAML, OAuth, OIDC, JWT.
- Developing advanced identity solutions, including CI/CD architecture, custom interfaces, and automation.
- Analyzing, assessing, and resolving defects and incidents of advanced complexity.
- Supporting the team in creating and maintaining credentials and authorizations for applications and APIs using the CIAM platform.
- Creating and maintaining CIAM configurations for the company.
- Managing the configuration, testing, documentation, and implementation of upgrades to security processes and controls.
- Working independently on well-scoped and loosely scoped problems.
- Providing technical guidance and mentorship to less experienced employees.
