Requirements
Must:
- Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in technology engineering, specifically with DynamoDB NoSQL, Relational Database Service (RDS), Amazon EMR, Snowflake, NoSQL, SQL databases, and Object File stores.
- Experience working in an agile operating model and in proof of concepts and technology.
- Proven software engineering experience and understanding of value creation and business capability models.
- Experience with technology modernization initiatives, including migration to cloud-native solutions and API strategy.
- Current knowledge of AWS, APIs, accelerators, and DevSecOps.
- A Cloud Architecture Certification (AWS, GCP, or Azure) or strong architecture experience in cloud environments.
- Understanding of security and experience with large-scale technology platforms.
- Exposure to advanced analytics techniques using ML and AI.
- Hands-on experience with data technologies on the cloud within the last 3 years.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Enterprise Architects, Business Architects, and engineering teams to help partners and customers utilize AWS services such as Athena, Glue, Lambda, S3, and others.
- Build implementation patterns and deliver technical solutions on engagements.
- Conduct Proof of Concept projects to support business needs.
- Share insights from previous large-scale data lake and analytics projects.
- Educate on the appropriate data storage solutions for use cases.
- Create blueprints and assist in engineering designs that leverage AWS Serverless and data services.
- Represent our technology within customer environments by driving discussions regarding best practices.
- Ensure compliance with data standards and modeling principles in data solutions.
- Monitor and manage the quality of data content in architecture and platforms.
- Make strategic and tactical decisions to propose effective solutions.
