Requirements
Must:
- We prefer candidates with experience in a hotel or related field.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
- A license in a trade such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or carpentry is favored.
- A valid driver's license for the applicable state is essential.
- Candidates must possess an acceptable Motor Vehicle Driving Record (MVR) specific to our property.

Responsibilities
- I will assist with the operational maintenance and repair of equipment.
- I will change light bulbs and perform preventative maintenance for guest rooms, which includes vinyl repairs, touch-up painting, minor furniture repairs, tub caulking, and tile repairs.
- I will conduct preventative maintenance on ice machines, refrigerators, kitchen equipment, laundry equipment, HVAC systems, guest rooms, meeting rooms, swimming pools, and hot tubs.
- I will perform plumbing repairs and laundry equipment repairs, as well as preventative maintenance on all exhaust fans and supply; monitor energy conservation; and repair vacuum cleaners and other small equipment upon request.
- I will immediately follow up on any alarms to determine the exact location and cause, assess the emergency status, and report my findings to the Front Desk.
- Additionally, I will perform other tasks or jobs as assigned by my supervisor or manager.
