Requirements
Must:
- Prior experience in the hospitality sector or a related field is preferred.
- High School diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
- Licensing in a relevant trade is a plus (e.g., plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry).
- A valid drivers license for the applicable state is essential.
- An acceptable Motor Vehicle Driving Record is required for this position.

Responsibilities
- Attend to and respond to guest repair requests promptly.
- Communicate effectively with guests to resolve maintenance concerns.
- Conduct preventive maintenance on kitchen and mechanical room equipment, including cleaning and lubrication.
- Visually inspect tools, equipment, and machinery regularly.
- Assist in the operational maintenance and repair of various equipment.
- Replace light bulbs and perform preventive maintenance in guest rooms, involving minor repairs such as vinyl touch-ups, painting, and caulking.
- Carry out preventive maintenance on ice machines, refrigerators, kitchen equipment, laundry machines, HVAC systems, guest rooms, meeting areas, pools, and hot tubs.
- Perform plumbing repairs, laundry machine repairs, and preventive maintenance on exhaust fans while monitoring energy conservation.
- Address alarms immediately to identify their location and cause; assess urgency and report findings to the Front Desk.
- Undertake additional duties as directed by the supervisor or manager.
