Responsibilities
- Provide Level I technical support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
- Troubleshoot issues related to the Microsoft Windows operating system and Microsoft Office applications
- Conduct Active Directory password resets and manage basic account settings
- Offer support for Android and Apple mobile devices
- Address network connectivity problems and basic VPN issues
- Document incidents and their resolutions in the ticketing system
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams as necessary
- Deliver outstanding customer service with patience and professionalism
