Requirements

Responsibilities
- Deliver onsite IT support for client environments
- Address helpdesk inquiries and support tickets
- Diagnose and resolve issues with servers, firewalls, and networking equipment
- Troubleshoot problems related to workstations and mobile devices
- Oversee and manage backup solutions
- Handle Microsoft 365 and Azure-related issues
- Manage Active Directory tasks
- Ensure network connectivity and VPN function effectively
- Maintain endpoint security and perform patch management
- Escalate intricate issues when necessary
- Record activities in PSA systems
- Engage in project deployments and migrations
- Cultivate and strengthen client relationships
Description
We are looking for a driven Field Systems Engineer to assist small and mid-sized business clients in the DFW area. This position involves a mix of on-site support, remote troubleshooting, and helpdesk duties.
